Terms and privacy

How every Stilltake film works, in plain words. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected] before you pay.

Terms

The film

One cinematic property film of 20–30 seconds, delivered as a 9:16 vertical MP4 at 1080 × 1920, with an original music track. It is created from photographs you provide or point us to. The sample films on our site show the style; they are built from licensed photography and are not client work.

Your photos

• You confirm that you own the photos you send, or have the right to use them to market your property.
• We use them only to create your film.
• We never publish your property, your photos or your film without your written permission.

Price and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. The price and scope of your film are confirmed in writing before you pay.
• We send a secure PayPal invoice or payment link. You can pay by card, and in most countries you don't need a PayPal account.
• A single film is paid in full before production starts.
• Projects covering several properties are paid 50% before production and 50% before the final masters are released.
• You receive a receipt for every payment. We never ask for card details by email or chat.

Preview and revision

• You receive a private preview within 3 business days of payment and access to your photos. Previews may be watermarked or lower resolution.
• One revision is included: pacing, the order of spaces, music or the closing title.
• Changes that need new photos, extra spaces or a different concept are quoted before any work starts.

Delivery and use

• After you approve the preview, the final master is delivered as a download link.
• You may use the film to market your property on your website, social channels, messaging apps, booking listings and paid ads.
• The music track is cleared for those uses.
• We keep a private copy for our records only.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel for a full refund at any time before production starts.
• If your photos turn out not to be able to carry a film, you receive a full refund.
• If your private preview arrives more than 5 business days late, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Once production has started, other cancellations are not refunded.
• Once you approve the final master, the order is complete.

How the films are made

We combine AI-assisted motion tools with traditional editing and colour work. Every film is made only from your real photographs and checked frame by frame, and it never adds rooms, views or features your property doesn't have. If anything in a preview looks inaccurate, tell us and we will fix it.

Privacy

• We keep only what we need to create and deliver your film: your contact details, links to your property and our messages.
• Payment details are handled by PayPal and never stored by us.
• We never sell or share your information. Ask us at any time to delete it.
• If you'd rather not hear from us, reply "stop" and we will not contact you again.
